low and slow breathing practice that builds resilience and steadiness in moments of challenge.

Wednesday: Body–Mind Meditation
Gentle, inward journey guided by mindful breath awareness.

Thursday: Breath to Movement
Link breath with subtle stretches and mindful muscle engagement to build self-awareness while relaxing tight muscles.

Friday: Open Airway
Tongue strengthening, sinus release, and face yoga to open your breath pathways and leave your face feeling lifted and light!

 


All are welcome.
Children, partners, housemates, and pets are encouraged to join you in this daily ritual of breath and connection.
