Out of everything I've done to improve my stress levels, daily breathwork has made the biggest impact. The nervous system regulation, peace, and presence I felt in our short sessions facilitated so much more peach and clarity throughout the day. Helped me feel grounded when my kids woke up and I could be more tolerant and patient with them

As someone with asthma, it was empowering learning so many breathing techniques. At the beginning I would often need to inhale and echale at a slower pace and I couldn't hold a breath for longer than 20 seconds. By the end, I was able to take deep revitalizing breaths (without coughing) and hold for 60 seconds. And I noticed differences in breathing during sports as well. Ten minutes of breathwork is a fabulous way to start my day and sometimes I love the sessions so much, I repeat them later on!

I've enjoyed the breathwork. I look forward to it and use the live classes in in real time. Getting up earlier has also been a means of productivity for me, so it's all going well together. I've even stopped smoking in the morning car ride to work.
