Dynamic Meditation


For those who feel restless in traditional meditation, a Dynamic Meditation will teach you that deep states are not only achieved in stillness. Include the body to help you feel energy, loosen up and free your mind. Notice how after movement, you'll drop more naturally into stillness and relaxation.

 

Transomatic 


When our feelings and sensations are validated, we are a self-healing, self-maintaining, self-sustaining energy system. For many adaptive reasons, we learn to invalidate our senses which can lead to stress, pain and illness. 

Your healing begins with a focus on feeling bodily sensation. Feeling-sense awareness enables repressed and forgotten emotion-bound memories to be accessed, re-cognised, acknowledged, integrated and harmonized. This four-stage process reconnects you with your original sense of self and wholeness.

Osho Kundalini


Kundalini is a primordial, creative energy that is mostly dormant within us due to held stress causing physical, emotional and energetic blocks.

Shaking, a primal movement, can feel exhilarating and be used to free that stuck energy. In Osho Kundalini, shaking is followed by an intuitive dance and then you'll observe yourself in complete stillness before relaxing in a silent Shavasana.

Experience a sense of comraderie and encouragement when you attend our weekly sessions within a community of others on a similar journey. You'll have the option to meet every Thursday at 7pm CST and Sunday at 9am CST until the year's end.

Rangeeni 


Rangeeni has been an integral part of the Deep Line Health team since 2018. Her dedication began with providing support to individuals immersed in The DryNamics Method of Body-Centered Sobriety, and her profound influence has played a pivotal role in shaping the program into its current form. Rangeeni holds certifications from both the Osho Multiversity and the Akashic Academy of Oshodontics. We are fortunate to welcome Rangeeni from Vera Cruz, Mexico.

Jaya


Rangeeni introduced Jaya to support Deep Line Health in 2021, and her mindful presence has seamlessly woven through our programming ever since. Hailing from San Diego, California, Jaya also serves as a dedicated Physical Therapist. She holds certifications as a meditation therapist from The American Institute of Healthcare Professionals and The Akashic Academy of Oshodontics.

Katie


Established in 2017 by Katie, Deep Line Health began as a platform for her dynamic core fitness classes and the pioneering of The DryNamics Method of Body-Centered Sobriety. Over time, it has evolved to encompass a range of group coaching programs, events, and workshops. Katie is equipped with a degree in Applied Health Sciences from The University of Illinois, along with certifications as a Classical Pilates teacher and a Language of Breath Breathworker. Katie's joining us from Chicago, Illinois.
