Is the creator and lead coach of The Key.
Known for her warm, accommodating and responsive teaching style, Katie has helped thousands of diverse bodies learn to love Pilates. Katie has been teaching movement since 2013 and her loyal students feel stronger, more connected to their bodies and more at ease in their daily movements.
Katie believes that we must be the change we want to see and as a lifestyle coach, she has helped hundreds of people make those changes. With Katie’s support, her students overcome mental resistance around prioritizing their own care and create new healthy habits that last. Katie’s students gain confidence, peace of mind and an all around improved sense of capability.
