My background includes formal training in nutrition, movement education, breathwork, and meditation, enabling me to offer comprehensive support to those who want to enhance their own well-being. As the founder of international group coaching programs, workshops, and retreats, I have had the privilege of witnessing remarkable transformations and fostering a strong sense of community through the pursuit of good health.

In addition to my professional pursuits, I am a proud mother, a dedicated business owner, and an enthusiastic hiker with a passion for animals. My commitment to generating a sense of community through the promotion of overall well-being drives my work and motivates me to connect with people like you.
