Your 3 Phase Process
Â
Phase 1: Awareness — NoticingÂ
Day 1 – Day 15
Learn how urges work and begin breathwork and meditation practices to notice what’s happening in your body. This phase is about setting up your practice, building a foundation, and prioritizing rest, no perfection required.
Phase 2: Implementation — ActingÂ
Day 16 – Day 30
Your breathwork habit is established and now you build confidence. As cravings or restlessness arise, you’ll practice meeting light challenges while continuing to show up consistently.
Phase 3: Habit Change — LivingÂ
Day 31 and beyond!
The tools become second nature. You feel calmer, more capable, and ready to handle real-world triggers. New healthy habits stack naturally, and your simple daily practice becomes the anchor of your new lifestyle.

I've enjoyed the breathwork. I look forward to it and use the live classes in real time. Getting up earlier has also been a means of productivity for me, so it's all going well together. I've even stopped smoking cigarettes in the morning car ride to work.

I lost a lot of my routine when Covid started and I need a routine to stay on track. On demand is fine but there isn't any accountability and I need to be around people. Having a consistent group that I actually interact with is what I need to show up and do this thing that's so good for my mental health and general mood. And Katie is such a good teacher. I'm routinely impressed with her. Funny, warm and makes all of this practice approachable.

I continue to wake up for breathwork because without it, I wouldn't sit down all morning long! I would be tasking for my family from 6-9AM! But breathwork is a promise to sit down and breathe and do something for me when the rest of the morning is for everyone else.
