Feel Good FAST is a 10 day challenge designed to use all of your natural faculties to help you get out of your head and back into a calm and alert healthy body.

No perfection needed. No performance. Just 10 days of structured, supportive practices that will absolutely bring your spark back to life!

Live Meetings

  • Daily live, virtual breathwork 
    • Learn specific techniques that support:
      • nervous system regulation
      • relaxation
      • energy
      • CO2 tolerance
      • meditation
      • functional breathing
      • myofascial release
    • Short sessions on weekdays (15 min) and longer sessions on the weekend (45 min)
    • Led on Zoom by Language of Breath Faculty, Katie Tomaszewski
  • Cold Shower Class 
    • Be guided through a simple daily progression that's guaranteed to make getting into a cold shower feel easier
    • Learn breathwork techniques for cold exposure
    • Learn a chakra cleansing cold shower practice
    • Led on Zoom by Chicago Cold Club Founder, Katie Tomaszewski

Daily Self-Practice

 

  • 10 minutes of running or heart pumping movement. Get your natural endorphins on board to start feeling more energized and clear- promoting better sleep too!

  • 10 minutes of reading something inspirational or spiritual (with a recommended reading list included)

  • 5 minutes of journaling or reflection to clear your mind and set you on a daily path of appreciation!

  • 2-minute cold shower, to teach you discipline and confidence while quieting your mind and regulating your nervous system (with strategies and support from Chicago Cold Club Founder, Katie Tomaszewski)

  • 0 screens in your bedroom . Create a small boundary, a little sanctuary so that you can feel less connected out there and more connected to your life. You'll sleep better, allowing everything else to feel better too! (alarm clock recommendation included)

 

Real Accountability

 

  • Private WhatsApp accountability group to celebrate our wins and get unlimited daily support from Katie and your peers!

  • Daily encouragement email from Katie to keep you inspired and on track!

  • Printable Self-Practice PDF to make accomplishing your daily goals feel attainable and organized!

It’s not therapy, but each of these practices are widely supported by clinicians to improve mental health symptoms.

Cold Shower Class:

Shoot, I'm busy with kids at that time- what do you suggest?

Finding time with kids around can be a real challenge. The good news is, this reset is designed to be flexible and to support you where you're at, not the other way around. One approach is the be honest with your family: let them know you're committing to a short health challenge and that you'll need just a few minutes each day to focus. And if it feels right, invite them to join you!

Remember, you've got access to the replays. If starting earlier than the live classes is an option- start your day with the previous day's session. Or watch when you have time later in the day. You don't have to do this perfectly, you just have to begin.
